Engine Oil

AMSOIL Synthetic 15w-40 Heavy Duty Diesel and Marine Oil is specifically formulated for marine diesel or gasoline engines, with powerful rust inhibitors and 15 TBN, a highly protective acid-neutralization number. AMSOIL 15w-40 Marine Oil is formulated for extended drain intervals, and has proven itself in extended drain in-engine service since 1975, the year it was introduced.

Engine Oil Filters

The  AMSOIL Dual Gard By-Pass Oil Filtration System, for use in 20-quart and larger engines, pairs two  AMSOIL Spin-On By-Pass Filter elements in a handy mount for double-length filter element changes, and easy filter accessibility. It is ideal for working craft with little time available for engine service.

For smaller engines, the  AMSOIL Dual Remote System combines a regular full-flow filter with a spin-on by-pass element in a convenient mount for easy servicing.

Diesel Fuel Additive Concentrate

 AMSOIL Diesel Fuel Additive Concentrate, formulated for use in heavy duty diesel engines, improves the performance, cold temperature adaptability and emissions profile of diesel fuels.

Cetane Boost Additive

 AMSOIL Cetane Boost Additive improves ignition, combustion efficiency and power.  AMSOIL Cetane Boost also raises cetane by three to seven numbers and reduces white smoke emissions.

Diesel Fuel Modifier

 AMSOIL Diesel Fuel Modifier offers all the advantages of  AMSOIL ADM in a formulation made for light-to-medium duty diesel engines. AMSOIL Gasoline Stabilizer may be used to stabilize diesel fuel during storage.

Coolant

 AMSOIL Propylene Glycol Antifreeze and Coolant offers superior cavitation protection to that offered by conventional ethylene glycol antifreeze products. Diesel engines are particularly prone to cavitation damage, and benefit significantly from the increased cavitation protection of  AMSOIL PG Antifreeze and Coolant.

 AMSOIL PG Antifreeze and Coolant is also less damaging to engine bearings in the event that the engine oil is contaminated with coolant. In fact, while engine bearing damage occurs at less than one percent contamination with conventional coolant, it may not occur until the oil is contaminated with eight percent or more with  AMSOIL PG Antifreeze and Coolant.

The  AMSOIL/DAHL Fuel Filter/Water Separator removes fuel system contaminants along with water. Both water and solid contaminants displace the lubricative coating on the high precision injector components, and the loss of this protection results in wear, erosion, surface pitting, and eventual pressure loss. Also, many existing filters are not designed to remove any significant amount of water, and are incapable of filtering particles below the 10 to 30 micron range.

This system takes care of those shortcomings.  AMSOIL/DAHL's functional dual chamber 3-stage fuel filter/water separators provide efficient suction side water separation and contaminant filtration. The key is the unique  AMSOIL/DAHL patented depressurizer cone which spreads the flow of the fuel. With more area to flow over, greater separation of water and dirt from the fuel is achieved.
